Initial Consultation

An in-depth look at your current state of health, your health goals and what could be in the way of achieving this goal. We look at you holistically, get to know each other and create a personalised plan to help achieve your goals. Before our first appointment, you’ll need to complete a detailed intake form to provide insight into your health and goals. Our consultation will last up to 90 minutes, where we’ll review your case history, health conditions, family history, lifestyle, diet, medications, and recent lab results. We’ll also discuss your priorities, goals, and conduct relevant physical exams (e.g., blood pressure, pulse, etc.) with your consent. Following this, you’ll receive a personalised treatment plan, along with any supporting educational materials via email.

Follow-up Consultation

A check-in to see how you are going with your personalised plan, what’s working, what’s not working, and what we can change to further personalise your journey. For follow-up support, it’s recommended to schedule your first return consultation 2-4 weeks after the initial session. During this appointment, we’ll review your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan, and discuss further dietary, lifestyle, or supplement changes. Additional goals may be set, and repeat supplement prescriptions can be arranged (if needed). Return consultations are typically up to 60 minutes. Over time, appointments become less frequent based on your health needs and goals. The goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills to manage your health independently. Occasional check-ins or supplement renewals may be needed afterward.
Acute Consultation or Prescription Refill
— 30 minutes
$50.00
Acute consultations are available for both new and existing clients facing health issues such as recurrent infections, digestive problems, or fatigue. These 30-minute sessions offer a personalised approach to address your immediate concerns with actionable advice and a clear plan. Includes personalised advice, targeted nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, and prescription refills for existing clients where appropriate. For ongoing or complex conditions, a longer appointment may be recommended.

Clinic Visits: We have a warm, welcoming and comfortable clinic where we offer face-to-face consultations.
Home Visits: Home visits are offered to improve accessibility for participants who cannot come into the clinic. Home visits can also help to comprehensively assess and address home-based barriers to achieving your goals. Practical meal preparation or pantry sessions provided at home may be easier for clients to replicate due to familiarity with the environment and equipment.
Telehealth Consultations: For convenience, our consultations can be provided by TeleHealth or phone call.
Private Funding
For clients who prefer to privately fund their healthcare, a variety of tailored options are offered to meet needs and preferences. Whether you’re looking for ongoing support, a one-time consultation, or family-focused services, we are here to make accessing quality care simple and hassle-free. We focus on compassionate, results-driven care, with no need for external referrals or eligibility requirements.
Private Health
Depending on your health fund and level of extras cover, you may be eligible to claim a rebate for clinical nutrition services. We recommend checking directly with your health fund before booking.
