Clinic Visits: The new clinic space in Port Adelaide is ready to welcome you at 154 Saint Vincent Street.
Home Visits: Home visits are offered to improve accessibility for participants who cannot come into the clinic. Home visits can also help to comprehensively assess and address home-based barriers to achieving your goals.
Telehealth Consultations: For convenience, our consultations can be provided by TeleHealth or phone call.
